Services
The individuals who consult through
LEXPERT have worked on litigated matters in almost every state
in the U.S.A. and in many provinces of Canada. Our fees vary according
to which individuals are being used. The rates range from approximately
$150 to $450 per hour plus expenses. Before any person starts to work
on a new assignment, we request a retainer which will be applied
to the first bill. Time billed for travel will be no more than one
half (1/2) of the actual time spent in travel. Many consulting companies
will add 10% to 20% surcharges to their expenses. We do not add surcharges
to expenses, nor do we charge for long distance phone calls, nor do
we charge for secretarial time to type reports, etc. Thus, we charge
a one time fee per case of $500.00 to meet some of our overhead costs.
